Very well situated in the heart of pounding Madrid

The rooftop pool and bar provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring, while the personalized service during our check-in truly made us feel at home.

Excellent location for city breaks. While being in few steps from city centre there is still some intimacy in the location of hotel. Hotel does have its own style and sense of humor. It is really funny to have breakfast and see passers by to point the fingers at you. The reason is that from their point of view "the breakfasters" window is positioned just right below the big text "do you want to sleep with me?" On the facade of the building.

Lack of control of room temperature. The only window is key-locked and may not be opened by visitors. There was an air-conditioner control in the room that does not control anything. After complaints to the staff it did became better, but not as good as "should be" and still no control of the room temperature by any means. Lack of fresh air seemed like a small torture. Soft bed in association with big fat pillow seemed to be suitable for half-sitting sleepers. Not suited for those who try to spend some part of the night on their front sides of bodies.

Consider checking the schedule for pool access before your visit to avoid disappointment, as it may not be open year-round.

Everything was good here - exceptional staff and fashionable rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar and air conditioning in the room. A lot of options for breakfast in the terrace. Great location just close to city centre.

The rooftop bar was great, central location

The room we had was fine, very spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff was cute, and Sabrina were really nice too accommodate our needs, even ensuring our non-service dog felt comfortable. The location made it easy for us to explore Madrid.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

When the receptionist found out that the booking was for a honeymoon couple, they upgraded the room to a superior room.

I booked this hotel as a wedding present for my brother and his wife's honeymoon, believing that they would be able to enjoy the roof terrace and pool which is featured on the hotel's website. I was shocked to find out that even hotel residents have to pay €40 per day to use the terrace.

Great location, clean hip design. Rooftop bar is cool I stayed here 9 days+ over 2 weeks, so must have liked it, no?
